How can I change my password?
You can change the password for your personal portal access at any time by selecting Profile.
If you no longer have access yourself, please use the "Forgot password" function on the login page, enter the e-mail address attached to your user profile then choose a new password.
Alternatively, you can also contact your portal administrator.
Important: if you wish to reset the password but your e-mail address is attached to more than one user profile, the system cannot correctly assign your data and as a consequence you will not receive an e-mail. In this case, please contact our Customer Service.

How do I log in to the ServiceCardPortal for the first time?
You have received an e-mail with the registration link for the ServiceCardPortal.
This link is personalised to your email address and must not be forwarded to colleagues.
Open the registration link. In the first step, choose and enter your user ID and password.
The user ID can no longer be changed.

I have already registered on the portal. I don't know my user ID. What can I do about it?
